Provided by Andy Hoang Palomar Pomerado Health (PPH) is partnered with the national Candy-Buy-Back program with local dentists to give children a healthy alternative this Halloween. Children with excess candy were encouraged to turn in their un-opened sweets to participating dentists and get reimbursed for a $1 per pound. The candy will then be sent as a gift to U.S. troops serving our country overseas. The Candy-Buy-Back program will take place at several participating dentists in San Diego County on in early November.
